I will create you an individual and customized website to reach your core client base. Every website is desktop and mobile friendly. My services are collaborative as I will guide you along the way to make this a seamless process. 

The Process- Anxiety Proof 

Step 1:  We Chat

We will chat on the phone or meet in person. I really enjoy getting to know you and your practice. I will learn about you as a clinician, the clients you are hoping to attract and your overall wish for your new private practice website. 

Step 2: Draft

I will formulate an idea for the design of your private practice website and begin creating a first draft. I build all websites using Squarespace which meets our needs as therapists. I will then provide you with a link to your first draft.  You will then provide your feedback (thumbs up or down).  The process continues until you are satisfied with the style and direction. 

Step 3: Final Website

Once you give the "good to go", I will start designing the final website. During this stage, we will be in regular communication as I welcome your feedback. We then finalize your website, one that you love. Yay!!!

Step 4: The Handoff

We will continue to collaborate in person or online.  I will surf you through your new private practice website and your Squarespace account.  I will teach you how to manage the website. You will learn how to make content changes, change pictures, update forms, etc. To help even more, I will record a live training session so you can refer back to it when needed.  We then say good bye but you say hello to new referrals!

Packages - Free private practice consulting session with package 1 and 2

I Offer 3 Different Packages For 3 Kinds of People. 

Package 1: contact for price

You will provide me with all the content for each page you want for your website (About Me, Services, FAQ, Insurance, Contact Me, etc. ). Content includes all the writing and pictures for each individual page within your website. I will take all the content you provide and create your website. I will then pass the baton. At the end you will learn how to make updates yourself and have full control over your website. No more Dan!

Package 2:  contact for price

This might be called a "hand holding" approach. I will provide suggestions for website pages and be happy to help with content ideas and copy suggestions.  I can also find and select pictures for your website, create online forms and more. Want to meet in person? Sure, not a problem. 

For 6 months after launch, I will manage your site for you and/or be available for website related issues with no maintenance fee. I can help with any updates or changes. This includes adding and updating pages, copy, pictures, forms, etc.  During this time, I will help with any Squarespace related issues so you do not have to deal with customer service. Just me!

The cheap and fast route. Want a website fast? Do not have time to collect content? Want a simple site, nothing fancy? I can turn your psychology today profile into a modern simple website for you. Just like in package 1  you will be taught how to make updates yourself. If you would like me to manage your site after there will be a small maintenance fee.
